In this hands-on role as a maintenance manager, you will spend 85 % of your time on the floor with your team providing support, conducting inspections of equipment, scheduling your team, scheduling preventative, and routine maintenance, etc. You will also train and direct the maintenance team. 15% of your time will be spent in your office logging maintenance work performed as well as communicating with vendors and participating in operational meetings.
